Add partner to my EN 186 VISA or get Working Holiday Visa

Hello,

I have been offered a post in Western Australia and will be nominated by them for a EN186 VISA. I have been told she can join me on this if we prove we have been living together for over a year. However because she moved in to my house with me just over 12 months ago everything has stayed in my name making proving this seem very difficult.
Does anyone know if it for now its worth trying to add her to my VISA or should she just try and get a working holiday visa and get added later?
