Can I visit Australia if I am on uk settlement visa

Hi..I need experts help..I have moved to uk in April this year on settlement visa with my children to stay with my husband..My daughter who is 18 wants to visit her aunt and cousins in Australia. I just want to know if she can apply for visitors visa to Australia.. if yes..how can she apply..

She will have to apply for an Australian Visitor visa. Here's the link:
