Does Employer company registration period matter?

Hi all,

I have been working in a UK based software house since 2004 so I am going to claim more than 8 years of experience. But I just get to know that the company I am working for has officially registered in 2006 and have been working privately for first two years. Will the employer company registration date can effect my VISA application in any way?


Or what should I do?
