IT experience less than 4 years

i request you to please share your knowledge/experience and answer my questions.

i have IT experience of 2 years and have sponsor in Australia. i want to apply in Australian sponsored category.

can i get my skills assessed from VETASSESS rather than ACS. and get 50 points. if yes, then which occupation should i nominate for ???
i am Bachelor in Science (Hons) Electronics and Masters in Computer Science.

i have 2 years of work experience in IT. can i use this work experience as a computing professional to meet recent work experience requirement.

i can easily pass the points test.
