Looking For advise Regarding Qualification

Hi, Sorry for asking a dumb question I need an advise, I have done Masters in Business and management but all my work experience has been in IT.
I am wondering Do I need to send my qualification or work experience?
Or what is the best way for Assessment in my case?

Any advise will be highly appreciated
