Qualification and experience mismatch for australia skilled

Hi

My qualification is CA but I have been working as an Oracle functional consultant for last 6 years.

I am currently in UK but want to apply for australia skilled visa(indepenedent) program. I have passed the points test and have scored 120 points but is struggling with a doubt created by an immigration agent.

He says that since your qualif and experience does not match you cannot apply for the skillled(independent) visa until you have completed 9 years of your experience.

Is this correct?

i have similar question,

my last degree and my experience are overlapping with time duration, ie 2008 to 2010

i did job as well as degree,


any one know that can i get points of both or not ?
