Time for Subclass 176

Hiya,

I'm planning on applying for Skilled Migration Subclass 176. What's the normal time for the following:

Assessment
Sponsorship
PR - Visa?

My agent is saying max 1 year but wanted to get inputs from actual applicants.

sponsorship - ?
