You and i are in same boat. My wife's biometric invitation arrived but i have not received it yet. I called them few times and got different response each time. One told me to write an email to "nationalitybiometrics@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk" asking them to send you biometrics, give them your details in email, acknowledgement letter reference etc... At another time i was told to write a letter to Liverpool address from where one biometric letter was issued. You may want to try these options.

Anyone else here waiting for payment to be taken after more than 5 weeks?? I am in real trouble now, I am moving house and cannot change my address with bank as I gave old address on payslip, UKBA blocking my life! No bank address change = no proof of address which I desperatly need for new address. Why are they taking so long just taking my money???
