Language criteria met: Life in the UK test taken after Oct 2013. However, at NCS, copy of my UK degree was also taken. I pointed out that the application form said I didn't need this since I took it after Oct 2013, but response was just "I know what it says, but this is needed for citizenship". Found it odd, but since I had my degree anyway, didn't see a downside.
