Are few days of being overstayer countable

A person whose appeal was in process when he completed his 10 years withdrew in appeal and successfully applied for ILR.
He withdrew in appeal a week before he applied for ILR as he withdrew in appeal he became overstayer but was within 28 days of period.
Question is will being overstayer or illegal for a week before ILR issue be esclated at citizenship stage?
