British Passport for baby abroad Parents on ILR

Hi,

Can we apply for British Passport for the baby who is abroad? The Parents are Indian nationals and on ILR.

If the baby born in the United Kingdom or qualifying territory after a parent had ILR, then yes. Else, no.
