I cannot find the edit button, so I'll give a quick update here. I received a letter (dated 20th February) this morning from Ealing Council inviting me to the citizenship ceremony on Tuesday 25/02/2013. I am yet to receive the Home Office invitation. I have unsuccessfully tried to contact the council by phone. I have emailed them though. Hopefully the approval letter will come before Tuesday.

Hi, I called today as well and the same response. My feed were takes on 22/01.

People applied in January has already received the approval by looking on January 14 timeline thread. I think it is really individual case to case basis- My case should be straight forward but may be I am from a 'risky' country and HO need to get some type of clearance from other departments . Also I think previous application history probably matter as well.

Has anybody with ILR/Tier 1 application as a limited company director or self employed received the approval from Dec 13 applicants?

Just Checked my on-line banking and balance has dropped and it is exactly 874£ hope it is Naturalization fee

Just called to UKBA Customer service and advisor told me that my application was approved today and i will get approval letter in 5 to 10 working days........... over the moon........ thanks to immigration boards.... you rockzzz
