It is the applicants responsibility to complete the form, not NCS staff's responsibility.

It should be ok.

Thank for reply.
Sorry to clarify I completed all form myself but wasn't sure about how to answer that particular question only so I did not ticked the box and asked her we should delete the line but she said leave it like that then I did not argue that and left it like that.
Thnx

@ Vinny, it is point 7.7 on page 28 of the form. Should have been deleted or strike through as it is the one about 'not meeting all requirements.........special circumstances...........'

That's why I asked NCS lady to delete it but she said to leave as it is and leave the box un-ticked.
Will this cause any issue at all?

Thnx

If the box was NOT ticked, the paragraphed should have been deleted, ie a line drawn through.

It should not have an effect on your application but I am sure if it is an issue, HO will write to you.

NCS are only a third party facilitator in the process.

Of course they are facilitator as well as nationality checking service provider to make sure form is filled up correctly but in my case they stopped me to do right action therefore they are the one who are responsible for this mistake. After all we pay fee for this service.
Hope u understand my point of view.
Thnx

I was also told to leave that bit at the end about special circumstances by NCS

I just remembered. When we filled the form, we rocked the wrong box for proof of language.... we ticked it was on list as the awarding body was on the transitional list but really we should have ticked other box about fulfilling after October 2013 as we used same certificate for ILR and now I'm
worried! but NCS never changed it she said it was okay as it was

If you ticked the box at 7.7, you have indicated there are 'special circumstances' etc and are asking the HO to take these into account to consider your application. The point of deleting or drawing a line through this point is that there are no special circumstances etc.

CR001 is very right. Did u have special circumstances for ticking the box.?
I just left the box blank but NCS lady left the statement as it was.

No special circumstances but I'm sure HO would write if they needed any kind of clarification.

I don't think it will make any difference though anyhow.

I pointed out the NCS lady mistake to one of their senior staff and she said exactly this
( Because u did not ticked the box therefore no action will be taken)
I don't understand what does it mean exactly?

'Not ticking the box' means you don't have special circumstances and 'leaving as it is' means not deleting the paragraph.

It should not be an issue and if HO need anything or more information, I am sure they will write to you.

Much appreciated.
That means no action to take if not ticked. In that case there shouldn't be any issue.
