hello,
i had EE2 residence card and last year i got EEA3 (permanent residence card) as my souse from Germany, i understand after one year i can apply for BC.

I got my PR eea3 Apr2013 so i can apply for bc apr 2014
could ANYONE tell me plz what documents i need to send?

i also got MSC degree from uk university so still have to do English test?

also my father who is over 65 also got eea4 from last year he complected his 1 yer after pr which documents does he require ??
