HELP*Received 8 points by Court IN14 & 3 Points PC30 in 2012

Hi guys I have Recieved 8 points by Court for not having Appropriate Insurance IN14 and £465 fine and Same day parking up on Zig Zag Peddestrian crossing 3 Points PC30 and £60 Fixed Penalty ,
My Questions is IS IT SERIOUS CRIMINAL OFFENCE (ANYONE ELSE HAD SIMILAR PROBLEM)
CAN I STILL APPLY FOR NATURALIZATION AS BRITISH CITIZEN i have ILR at the moment and i have in UK since 2004 ?
Any suggestions Or if someone applied with similar points and if some applied and he got naturalized ???
i need some serious help and Suggestions as I dunt wanna waste money if there are minimal chances of approval...

Receiving points from the Court is a criminal conviction, non-custodial and a 3 year ban for naturalisation.

So does that mean Anyone who has points or Traffic offence like mine ...can not apply or its 100% refusal ? :oops:

It means you have to wait 3 years from the date of conviction.
