Impacts of Community resolution order on citizenship

Post by Hibuttt » Sun Jan 22, 2017 11:49 pm

Hi
I am going to apply for bc in next month.
3 weeks ago police called me and told me that a passenger put false allegation of extra fare charging on me.on the same day I was going abroad in afternoon.i refused but they threatened me to arrest for investigation .i argued but they refused my words.at last i accepted what they said and signed the documents and paid £5 for the victim who claimed I charged her £5 extra because I already missed my national express to Heathrow and I didn't want to miss plane.police told me that it is not on your criminal record,or any caution etc.but it would be shown on enhanced dbs.
If any one guide me is it a problem for my naturalisation application?
Thanks

So you appear to be a taxi driver or running a minicab firm and someone alleged they were overcharged.
You settled the case with a CRO rather than contesting it.

My understanding is this is not a criminal conviction.

If in doubt suggest declare it.

Hi
But they explain the incident under THEFT heading
And it would be disclosed in enhanced dbs check

Hi! I am more or less in the same situation, I had a community resolution about 5 and half years ago. No court involved. Will this be a reason for UKVI to refuse my application? Thank you!

This inactive thread is two years old :!: I suggest you open your own topic and post your questions there.
