JCAP criminal record convictions and caution

Hi im new to this. Im going to apply for citizenship and passport same time application. I have ILR for nearly 20 years now. I have a criminal record. I have 2 convictions for cannabis and 1 conviction for a robbery and 1 caution for cannabis and cs gas. but all of these were over 10 years ago. the last one was in 2006. I recently done a simple crb check and on that it says I have no convictions. meaning they are all spent. I am worried will my application be refused due to good character requirement? but its been 10 years now. Please help I am very worried.
