This wait is really very annoying!!! I need to travel in November 2nd week. I hope I get naturalization before that! (fingers crossed). Applied on 28th June, 2014.
Did anyone receive any update/news??

I will wait 6 months before stressing myself to be honest :D I applied June 10th,so will enjoy rest of summer and start stressing during winter. Relax guys,we should be fine 8)

Patience people. You must have realized by now that the average time to process any application is at least 65 working days (data gathered from monitoring other forums).
I have updated the tracking sheet with Expected Date column (based on 65 working days). According to the calculation, people in this forum should expect to see any response only after 1st week of September

At least three ppl got the approval.. they applied in early May. check May time line post..

Payment method: debit card
Date of receipt by UKBA: 24/05/2014
Date of debit of fees: 09/06/2014 [payment declined by bank due to their technical error. I had to call and pay by phone]
Date of receipt of acknowledgement: 14/06/2014
Date of receipt of approval: waiting
Date of Ceremony: waiting

Hi Guys,
Just a small query..If I need to travel outside UK urgently, then can I get my passport back before naturalization approval? Can I Request for return of documents (only passport) without withdrawing my application? Is this possible?

I don't think home office would return your passport without completing your office- I suggest calling citizenship help line and see if they can return your passport

Applied 1st june 2014, wanted to travel in august which i just returned yesterday so went online and applied for passport return while application still ongoing. Got it back in 3 days with letter stating they could still request for it if the need be for decision making. So request it online, just make sure u select the option that you are NOT withdrawing your application.
