In practice,there is list of 32 high risk countries whose nationals face tougher action when they arrive in Britain . The innocent citizens of these countries are unknowingly being discriminated against solely on the grounds of their nationality or race!!
Do we expect the officers to treat individuals professionally regardless of their nationality and take any allegation of discrimination seriously as they said : "The ability to differentiate between the risk posed by particular nationalities does not permit individual decisions to be made solely on the basis of a person's nationality."
