MN1 for uk born child-Do I need NCS?

My application form is ready .

I am sending the following documents this week.

[*]MN1 form
[*]Birth Certificate
[*]Child Passport with BRP (Tier1 Depandent Visa)
[*]Photocopy of parents marriage certificate
[*]Home office ILR original letter for father and copy of his BRP
[*]Photocopy of mother BRP

DO I need NCS ?

Hi
I applied for my 4 years daughter(UK born) myself and got approval in 3 weeks. No need to waste your money for NCS fee. I submitted all documents except our marriage certificate. Marriage certificate is not required. Child's birth certificate is more than enough.

My concern is ILR BRP photocopy OK?

Today I give my uk born child application to NCS.
They post the application and copy documents
birth certificate
marriage certificate(not on their list of documents but still they take a copy)
three brp all copy
passport copy of father and child

I post my children documents (3 children) with my hubby brp and full passport copy without attest action and got bc certificate without any problem
