about this 10 year employment page is it good to send all 10 year p60s with application. i know there is no requirment but just to save case worker time rather then contacting HMRC they will be having all proof in their hands.what do u sggest???
I don't think that will have any impact on the application. HO will check with HMRC regardless of your P60s. They need to verify them anyway from the source. That's their job.

In theory they should have returned your application asking to complete latest version of form. It's been 6 weeks since you applied so they may have accepted that.

If you have applied using NCS then try to speak with them on your concern they should be able to help you.

I've applied on 2nd June with March version, I believe the May version was updated on 6th June. NCS staff were fine and didn't even mentioned May form, actually she has checked if I'm using March form. So no need to worry

Acknowledgement letter: 16/06/2015 (dated 13/06)

Don't need to send anything which they haven't asked for
In my opinion its wasting caseworker's time
If they want to check your employment history they can by contacting HMRC
In my opinion they won't check employment history because its not a requirement (unless there are other things which they think "are bit odd".)
But its entirely up to you

Explanation at the end of the letter from HO:
"Our records indicate that you worked in the UK without permission after being encountered by enforcement officer 08 October 2007. In view of this, the Secretary of State takes the view that you do not meet good character requirement for naturalization and your application has been refused."

I'm not disappointed about this decision as in my country is war for the moment, people from other country will understand me like Iraq, Livia, Palestine etcetera. Make sure your solicitor know what he doing as my wasn't competent.

Good luck to all.
I am sorry to hear this result. I am in the similar situation with you. I wonder when you are allowed to apply the citizenship again? I understand there is this 10 year ban. In your case, is it 10 year from 08 October 2007, or 10 year from 13 April 2015?

Its 10 years from the date of conviction. So, in the given case, the application can be made after 08 Oct 2017.

Eligibility criteria: 3 years residence 2 yrs spouse of BC and 1 yr ILR
Language criteria met : Life in the UK, + esol
Current nationality: EGYPTIAN
Number of Applicants: 1
Method of application: NCS
Council name if NCS used: WESTMINSTER
Date of application: 20/01/2015

Date of receipt by UKBA: 22/01/2015

Date approval received: TBA :(
Date of ceremony: TBA :(

Last Monday I tried my luck and called the home office and explain to them that it's almost 6 months and I had not even received any letter as acknowledgement letter or biometric letter or anything from home office . She said they will call me back in few days , and just today I get a call from them and the officer said my application is pending further inquiries and when asked he said he cannot give details and advices TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER 8-12 WEEKS AND IF I DONT HEAR BY THEN I CAN CALL BACK. When I said next week it will be 6 months he said he don't think I will hear from them in the next 2 weeks and its general qui dance that they reply within 6 months and I said if I speak to my MP, he said I can but it will be same information he just told me.

Please anyone can advice me on that, knowing that I came in 2005 and applied for asylum at airport then was detained for few months at yards wood and deported. After that in 2011(when my husband got his ILR) he applied for marriage visa to me and refused (HO disputed marriage is not geniune, I was pregnant at that time :) ) then granted in appeal, Came to UK on spouse visa in January 2012. Applied for indefinite same day service in February 2014 and was issued with biometric residence permit. Now I have two kids who are British (although the NCS Officer DID NOT it include their birth certificate in application). Never had any criminal record or penalty.

Please advice or sharing any similar experience will be very much appreciated.

Thank you

It's strange they did not even take your fees for 6 months. As for biometrics, you are not required to submit it, because this started to apply only to applicants after April 2015.
