Naturalisation - ILR 10 Years Long Residence

dear amber/guru
how long naturalisation applications are taking now a days and some one got ILR on the basis of long residency what kind of checks they are doing on naturalisation applications .

They are still taking a couple of months. Since April 2015, there is a new requirement to enroll biometrics at the Post Office so taking a little bit longer than previously.

The HO do the same checks for all applications regardless of which route you obtained ILR. For example they check, HMRC Tax, good character/criminal record, absences, etc.
