no its not the case, they just playing pick and choose game, because they have to maintain stats 99% applications complete with in 6 months. they just sitting on files to wait 5,6 months.

This is not the latest information. As it says,
Please note: Any case which was completed after the 31-Dec-2014 is deemed to be pending as in line with published stats.
& we are in May now & over the past more than 4 months they should have dealt with most of the applications.

So why they not publishing stats from JAN

HO is not releasing any statistics or information on FOI after 31st of Dec 2014 as of yet. May be in May they start releasing info of Jan and Feb 2015.

My application for naturalisation was refused, I was not given a reason as to why it was refused. I however believe that it is because my eea spouse has not worked.

I am not going to apply for reconsideration.

My problem is I cannot ask for permanent residence as this will also be refused, as my spouse was not working. I have worked and supported the home since we were together more than 20 years, anyhow.

Is it possible I can apply for another 5 year family permit, just so I can travel and work freely? I am really quite stressed out about not being able to visit my family back home. Any help will be appreciated.

You should found out the exact reason because sometimes they make mistakes. First try calling them otherwise write.

But you say you don't have PR? As listed here all non-EEA citizens must have ILR before they apply.

Yeah i travelled abroad. Immigration staff didn't tell me about approval. Just asked how long we've lived in the uk and how long we were away for

Yes you are suppose to give them a ring since its over 6 months now. Please also let us know what did they say and what is the status of your application. Thank you.
