Passport Received - but not associated documents

Dear All,

I have received the British Passport for my daughter on 8 April. However, I have not received the associated documents that I submitted with the passport application, i.e. hers Malaysia Passport, birth certificate etc.

During the passport application, I have requested the documents to send back by Special Delivery. So my questions are:

1) Is it normal to receive the supporting documents separately?

2) Can anyone advise which phone number should I contact to ask where about is the supporting document?
