Doesn't sound like there is a problem from what you have stated. Why are you concerned?

Is your B1 test from an approved test provider and taken at an approved test centre?
Is there any reason to doubt that you are of good character?
Are your absences within the limits for naturalisation?
Were you physically present in the UK on 28/11/2011?

The refusal of a PR card will have zero effect on the outcome of your naturalisation. The PR card is a confirmatory document, and your application was refused simply because you had not in fact acquired PR at the time you first applied. No problem with that whatsoever.

The Home Office are not simply looking for any reason to refuse your application. If you meet the requirements (which it seems you do), it is extremely unlikely you will be refused.

Make sure you let us know when you receive your approval :)

Something doesn't seem to make sense here.

If originally married March 2011...

Target date to acquire PR status (by 5th anniversary of wedding): March 2016

Earliest to apply to naturalise (if not married to a British spouse): March 2017.

I cannot understand why you have applied to naturalise already.
It seems too early.

What sort of EU card did you actually receive on 24 Nov 2015 ?
- was it a residence card (ROR) or a confirmation of permanent residence (PR) card :?:

Yes u are right nojathan but what I do Understand after reading and reading the home office roles that u can apply after 12 month receiving PR that's right there is two options if I apply from the date PR received I must include 5 years work history and that's what I did and residency for 5 years if applied from the date acquire PR that mean March 2016 so I don't include and work history only PR and life uk test B1 and passport

Well if you have a PRC you have a PRC but its hard to make sense of the timeline unless you actually got married earlier than 2011 (?!).

I don't know enough to comment on your likely outcome.
As long as HO have on record your date of acquisition of PR so that the application is not rejected out of hand as 'too early' then you should be judged on the merits of your case (assuming you have met and submitted all basic requirements).
Good luck.

After biometris the next thing you should receive is your decision letter - unless there is anything they need to ask you. UKVI doesn't provide status updates.

You don't have to be working in order to naturalise.

But if you were a worker and a caseworker decides to contact the company they will get confused unless you have told them you no longer work there.

HO won't give you any updates unless at least 6 months has passed since you submitted your application.
