Hi Guys

Just a quick question with laws changing all the time .

I will be applying soon for naturalization and have 2 question :

I recently got FPN stoped by police for using my phone while driving , was told to pay £100 and hand in my driving licence . I did all that . as this happened in last 12 month of me applying and was settled out of court and is the only FPN i received in 14 years in UK , am I correct to assume it should be declared but would not have negative effect on my application ? PLEASE PLEASE REPLY

I use company car and got few parking tickets for various reasons , the car is not under my name but all parking tickets were paid immediately , would I have to declare them ? majority were given in last few month .

Please do not create multiple posts (1, 2, 3) as its against the rules.


You should declare all FPNs / Tickets in your name. One FPN in past 12 months should not affect much.

Amber a moderator here, advised in this thread to only include the information mentioned in your licence, so in my view nothing else needs mentioning.
