Tier 1 General to ILR to BC

Post by micz8 » Sat Apr 25, 2015 3:38 am

Hi
I recently got ILR on the basis of 5 years in Tier 1 General route.
I have two questions:
1. When I can apply for BC?
2. Do I have to submit proof of income when applying for BC?

1) 1 year from the date you were granted ILR unless you are married to a BC, in which case you may apply now so long as you meet all other requirements.
2) No, there is no requirement to be employed for BC.
