Canada Visa Sponsorship Jobs

Hi Guys,

We are planning to move to Canada and need some help.
please find my below queries and request you to post your comments

1. Is there any canada visa sponsorship jobs for IT people? I have around 7+ years of exp in IT industry.
2. Someone suggested to go for PR visa but its a long process and it takes 8-9months. Is there any other visa which i can apply and get it faster?
3. Please let me know the best immigration consultant who can help me in applyign for canada visa.
