Benefits for Leave to remain?

Hello everyone


Yesterday I've received a decision from Judge and he allowed my appeal on asylum grouds and also on human rights grounds,
My solicitor said that means you will get leave to remain for 5 years if HO do not appeal against judges decision,
If HO don't appeal then my plan is to study a degree
I want to know as a refugee and student what benefits would l be entitle to claim
Would l be able to get grants for my study fee or l have to get loan?

Is No Recourse to Public Funds (NRPF) condition attached to your 5 years leave ?
