Can I claim any benefits for my son as my husband...........

has been refused entry clearance?

Our son is now 10 months old and we have been appealling for my husband to join us back in the UK since Mar 2009.

It has been a real struggle on my own as my husband does not have a job in his country.

I would like to know if there are any other benefits I can claim apart from child tax credits?

If you are a british citizen or ILR holder, you can claim all benefits applicable whether or not your hnsband is in the UK.
