Hello,

I have got an ILR in December 2015 and my wife got ILR on Oct 10th 2016. I have 2 sons, elder one got ILR on Oct 10, 2016, and little has a british passport since April 2016. Individually we earn the salary about 45K

My question is " can I claim the benefits for both of my kids from backdated to 3 months from today" ?

Yes, you can claim.

You could have claimed from when you were granted ILR in 2015 already.
