Council Home Application (Single or Joint)

Post by imraheel » Thu Sep 11, 2014 3:58 pm

Hello Amber and Everyone,

I got uk indefinite visa in Apr 2014 on the basis of ten years. My two sons got british passports last week as they were born in uk. My wife got flr(m) spouse visa in Jun 2014. She has no resource to public funds and she will get indefinite visa after five year as per new rules.

I applied to my council for the council house and I made this application to my name and my wife's name.

As my wife is on flr(m) spouse visa and she will get indefinite visa after five year, should I include her name on council house application (joint application) or should I make this council house application just to my name?

Please explain in details?

Regards,

Your application must be in your name and will be considered as a single person with children.
