Working Tax Credit on Single Name

My wife came to UK on a spouse Visa two years ago. We are going to apply for ILR for her.

I am British Citizen and working full time and also received Working Tax Credit on my single name.

As she is not entitled for Resource to any benefits that why I am receiving Working Tax Credit on my single name as we informed DWP about her but clamming on my single name as single claim.

Is there any problem if she applies for ILR later on?

U have to claim jointly as any income she earns will effect the amount of WTC.
