application form

My wife, a student and EU national in the UK, and I are trying for me to live and work in London, however, we are unsure as to which form to fill out.
the two forms we saw are the EEA2 and the VAF5.

I am a national of Trinidad and Tobago and will be looking to work there.

It depends where you are applying from, inside or outside the UK.

Sorry for the lack of information, and thanks for the quick response. i am in Trinidad right now and would also like to know how much i would have to pay or where i can locate the precise information.
