There is discretion for those who have jobs which require them to work abroad. I suggest reading pages 7 & 8 of AN Booklet :)

This topic is not a general PR chat thread.

It has evidently served its purpose to announce/discuss PR-related changes of November 2015 and is being retired to live out its days down on the farm for aging topics.

DCPR/PR card no longer mandatory for naturalisation as BC?!
