Changing address, working with an EEA permit

Hi everyone,
I have recently got an EEA Family Permit to join my husband in the UK. I'm planning on applying for residence card at some point. We are planning on changing the address after Xmas and moving into a larger place. So, my question is this: Is it important , from the point of view of residence card application, for my name to appear in any sort of document-like electric bill, council tax bill or anything? And if it is, should I wait, and apply for the card after we change address?
And another question: Has anyone secured a job on an EEA Family Permit?
