Hello All,

Just received my RC Below is Timeline.

10.5.2016. Application Sent (Seccond time- 1st was refused for Low income of Sponsor -time line in Signature)
12.5.2016. Received by HO at 10h52 am.
13.5.2016. Payment taken
05.6.2016. Email received from biometric
14.6.2016. Biometric received and Submitted
25.6.2016. COA received
21.9.2016. More docs income sent
02.11.2016 RC Received (DX) dated 30-10-2016
Documents awaiting...

Biometrics Enrolled on : 4th June 2016
COA With Work :14th June 2016

Documents received on 26 October 2016, but no letter saying whether my application was successful or not.
Has anyone receive documents only without any letter from HO? I also read on this forum that RC should arrive within 10 days after documents returned. Is that correct?
I am worrying now.....

Sent an e-mail to EuroBiometrics@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk, concerning the letter not yet received: 28/05/2016
Biometrics enrollment letter: issued 31/05/2016, received 03/06/2016
Biometrics data enrolled: 06/06/2016
CoA with right to work: issued 09/06/2016 received 13/06/2016
Submitted a passport return request: 23/10/2016
Passport returned: -----
Residence Card: 04/11/2016 (issued 02/11/2016)
Passport and Documents, returned: 04/11/2016 (Arrived separately from the RC)

Me (EEA member from NL) and my wife (Bosnia & Herzegovina) applied via an immigration consultancy in London.

Applied: 14th of MAY
COA with work: 20th of JULY
Biometrics letter: 30th of JULY
Biometrics enrolled: 1st of AUGUST
Documents returned: ??
Residence card: ??

Next week will be 6 months.
Find it strange to see that many received biometrics letter around 6 weeks after application. For us it was more like 10 weeks.

We've send about 4 letters asking for an update. Complaining about the duration. Never received any answer.

Hi Everyone,
I've never posted anything, but the timelines were of great use for estimating the status of my own application. Our ordeal finally has come to an end so I'd like to share our timeline:

EEA(QP) and (FM)

First attempt
Application sent: 25 Feb
Email to EU citizen: 14 Mar
Rejection letter: 27 Apr (dated 19 Mar, Reason: money could not be deducted. All documents returned)

Second attempt
Application sent: 28 Apr
Money deducted: 2 May
Email to EU citizen: 27 May
Biometrics enrollment letter: 2 Jun (dated 26 May, but name in wrong order)
Email stating correct name sent to HO: 2 Jun
Letter stating correct name sent to HO: 8 Jun
Called HO: 8 Jun (stated that they will send new Biometrics letter within 10 days)
Received personal apology from HO caseworker (!) regarding mistake: 9 Jun
Received new Biometrics letter: 11 Jun (dated 9 Jun)
Biometrics enrolled: 11 Jun
CoA: 21 Jun (dated 14 Jun)
Requested documents back: 23 Jun
Submitted Documents not received form online: 7 Jul
Received non-EEA passport + EEA id card: 22 Jul
Changed address on Gov.uk: 7 Sep
Called HO for status update: 03 Nov
HO called back: 04 Nov (decision has been made and letter has been posted on 3 Nov)
Documents returned: 7 Nov
RC delivery scheduled: 9 Nov

N.B. We received everything back at the same time (submitted docs, EEA registration cert, letter stating RC will be sent in 10 days and DX missed delivery letter). Good luck everyone!
