EEA permit and Studying

Post by Vinnicastar » Mon Jan 16, 2017 9:11 pm

Dear people!

I hope you can help me with one more question. My situation next:

I am now on Tier 4 doing my master degree. I am expecting to finish my course in August 2017. However, my visa finishes 30.01.17. As far as I am married to a Spaniard I will come back to Ukraine and will apply for a EEA Permit on 25th of January. The question is: can I still be enrolled to the uni and study with EEA Permit?
Do they need COA or just visa in passport will be fine? As the Student Central wants to withdraw me and wait for Residence Card.
Unfortunately, I could not find such a specific information and Uni Officer has no idea too...which is surprising to me...

Rely on you experience and help!

Regards,
Anna

You can study on FP or COA but its up to Uni what they accept.
Make sure they agree.
