Alexxy
Thanks very much for the reply.
The issue is that form is very confusing and it's very easy to make mistake or fill out wrong section and that is why I have decided to have some help/guidance to avoid any blunder.
If anyone could tell us the specific sections to fill will be much appreciated
Thanks

Its not a legal requirement to use the latest 'monster' form.

You could use an earlier (simpler) version from Gov UK archives, or this one:
http://www.immigrationboards.com/eea-ro ... f#p1337424
& http://www.immigrationboards.com/eea-ro ... f#p1375243

Thanks very much for the information and older application form link.

in that case I suppose that we'll have to use the "payment page" from the new one, right ???

The form a member has mashed up contains latest address and payment details.

Any other old form (eg as may be found in Gov UK archives) would ofcourse have to be accompanied with the correct fee and sent to correct address, (not some old fee and address from 19-forgotten).

Hi noajthan,

1.What EEA form you would sugest for me to use when I apply for my PR as non-EEA family member after complition of 5 years time frame?
I have been looking for the old version of EEA4 form but unfortunately could not find it online.By any chance if you do have a link to that would you please share.

2.shall I apply only when the 5 years time frame is fully completed OR is it possible to apply beforehand for example 2-3 months?
in that case I would be able to Apply on the same application as my wife otherwise have to apply saperatly and 2-3 months later.

3.Will I have to have "Life in the UK" pass certificate and submit with my App.?
This is all from MY experience and observations over the past few years. I am not an immigration professional in any way whatsoever.

You are advised to use the current EEA(PR) form to apply, although you are not legally required.

You can download a super old version of the EEA4 form here but you need to include the payment page and biometrics section from the EEA(PR) form, and make sure you post it to the current address (not the one on the EEA4 form).

You cannot apply early. You don't need to do Life in the UK for PR.

2) Apply when you qualify and meet the requirements (PR acquired after 5 years) or you risk failure.

3) No. You can save that 'pub quiz' for later.

in fact I have some questions regarding my PR application which I'm intend to send this month later.

As a non-EU citizen I'll have to submitt biometric information as well.I've given once my biometrics back in 2008 in country of my origion when applied for student visa. Unfortunately I do not remember the exact date.
Question is,
1. can I tick the NO option on the form and explain my situation in covering letter or it's better to tick yes and explain?

My wife has applied for her PR in December 2016 as an EU-national and submitted all relevent original documents along her ID card.
2. Should the copies of all originals along withe her UKVI reference number be eccepted for my PR app?

Thanks

1) Tick yes and explain.
Estimate month/year.

2) Maybe. But may be a risky approach.

3. I did not have a job soon after getting maried as HO took 1 year to dicide my application.
I've started official job since Dec 2012 while got married in Nov 2011.
from what date my 5 years of EU-rights will counted?
noajthan can you please have a look when you have spare time. cheers
I think you are non-EEA and wife is EEA sponsor.
if so your job (however wortwhile, interesting) is immaterial.

Its all about sponsor's activity from your date of marriage.
Assuming you were both in UK and sponsor/spouse was a qualified person from that time.

Hi noajthan, Thanks

inregards to 2) just to clearify that my spouse/sponsor PR application is still pending and HO is in posesion of all original supporting documens(payslips,P60s,bank statements, other letters) and her EU-ID.
that is why I thought to provide HO her case ID with my application should be sufficiant to demonstrate/prove her as a quilified person.

what would you suggest, shall I wait for the outcome of her application?

thanks once again

How did you go with this?

I have an EEA2, and now entitled to PR. I was going to apply for PR for my wife at the same time who's an EEA citizen that has been exercising her treaty rights for almost 10 years. I was planning on sending both applications together, as she will have all the originals in her application, whilst on my application I will refer to her application as the sponsor.

Thanks!

Thanks!
