We are having issues with our postal service in our area at the moment cos it's very remote; For the life of me i cant find my postal receipt so i jst need to contact HO to see if my PR has already been sent out. But I dont know which number to call. I've read some posts here where people contacted HO for some info....pls help....i jst need to know if it's hanging somewhere with the royalmail.[/quote]

Biometric letter 20 August nd done same day
Passport asked back 22 August
Coa not received (maybe was sent old address)

Hi everyone am so happy to let you all know that my documents came today with my PR letter ,my partner was a student from 2009 to 2012 however he was also working fulltime paying his NI and Tax so he did have the CSI which i did not include to the application even though i stated he was a student on the application here is my time line:
27/7/2015 :Application was sent
28/7/2015 :Application was received
Biometrics letter sent on the:28/8/15
Biometris done same day.
COA recieved on the: 22/9/15
Documents with letter of PR received:23/12/15 issued on the 19/12/15 never knew they work in the Home Office on Saturday.
Thank you all for the support and all Glory to God for making it possible.What a gift for this xmas.To all those who are in a similar situation I pray you all receive yours too.Thanks everyone and Merry Xmas .

Divine25 - what kind of documents did you send to the HO?

i am waiting for my PR. I am applied through my mother as a sponsor. she already has PR and has been working since 2007 full time. i was a student during that time but we never lived together. I sent my mother's PR and my university documents also bank statements.Also both our passports and birth certificate. Hope it will be enough documents.

My partner's corporation tax statement for 3yrs,NI statement for 3yrs, 2yrs pay/p60 proof of address for 5yrs such as council tax statements, water bills and rent agreement because we are not married I did living together as partner to an EEA member and utility bills, bank statement. DaisyChloe didn't you send your mother's pay slips or something to show is has been working?

My EU submitted last 5 years employment and self employment documents with various other house contracts electricity gas bills landline bills

Hi, I am regular visitor but recently registered

Application sent 19/06/15
Received 21/06/15
Biometric sent 29/06/15
COA received 03/07/15

I am still waiting for the outcome of my application

When I was issued RC in Jun-10 they had my DOB wrong, so my lawyer sent back and I got it corrected with RC end date changed to Dec15, but as my wife & kids still had their date as Jun-15, I applied in June to avoid any issues.... Btw my application is dependant of my mother who is EEA national. No issue of documents as everything was provided, can anyone suggest what would be the cause of delay?

12 Aug - received by home office
17 Aug - biometrics done and sent to home office
20 Aug - wrong COA received
18 Sep - correct COA received
PR - still waiting..

Has anybody from August applicants received PR?

Hello Respected Gurus

I need an advise and hope someone could guide me as to whats best way to approach this situation.

I have been married now for 6 years however my relationship has now broken down and we now half way tru the divorce procedure however i have a RC which is due to expire in 2019 however i have been issued RC twice so i am qualified for indefinite or PR by virtue of RR so my question is what can i apply for as soon as the divorce is come through.

I believe i can simply go ahead to apply for PR directly or would i need to apply for RR before PR or could i apply for the both together?

I will appreciate any sort of advise.

Hi,
1. Were you married for at least 3 years?
2. Was you wife exercising treaty rights or have PR?
3. Can you support yourself/ are you on a stable job?

If yes too all of the qs, then you can apply for PR directly, when you complete 5 years since the date of your wedding.

If you are still months/ years to complete these 5 years, still you do not need to apply for ROR, others might suggest that, as its safe, but I was in same position and my solicitor said I don't need it, as I automatically qualify for ROR. I have crossed immigration thrice and carried all docs and had no problems entering UK. After completing 5 yrs, I have now applied for my PR Card.
