Extreme delay in EAA3

Post by ITA123 » Tue Feb 19, 2013 3:20 pm

Hi all, I've been reading this forum with great interest and seen the various timeline topics for EAA3 applications.

My EAA3 application was received by the UKBA on 28 October 2012 and I haven't heard since then. I have included self addressed prepaid envelope.
We have asked for passport back in 3 occasions (two emails to liverpool, emailed form to RODRequests@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk) but nothing.

No-one would speak with me on the phone as 6 month have not passed and I really need my passport now!

Does anyone have any suggestions of what to do?

Calm down dear.Another world class service from Ukba, after six month, they will say six month is just a guideline and you have to keep waiting till our dear kate, duchess of cambridge gives birth.so sit tight, all is well.
