Good day every body,
To day I am asking question for my friend who is a Portuguese national and want to bring his wife and two year old son from Pakistan. He has already filled the online form for his wife and submitted it and got her an appointment on 17th of march for biomatric. While filling his wife online application he thought that he doesn't need to fill another form for his son as an EEA family memeber because during his wife application there was a section that ask to fill their dependent son information. Is that enough or he also have to start a new application for his son just like his wife did for herself.

This question is specially from CR001, vinny and other respectable moderators and forum members.
