RUIZ ZAMBRANO CASE- UKBA requiremements!

can any one advise why the forms EEA2 on the UKBA web page still contains section requesting evidence of self sufficiency and private comprehensive medical insurance inspite the ruling in RUIZ ZAMBRANO CASE.
Also based on the ruling, as a family member to an EEA national who in this case is my child what do i do?
Currently i was granted leave to remain, and now i would like to apply based on the ZAMBRANO CASE.

what is the nationality of your child? zambrano currently applies to british child in uk.
