Can we apply while visa application is pending

Hi ,

I m currently working on PSW visa , applied for Tier1 Entrepreneur visa which is still pending. The contract which I am currently working would expire in couple of months. Can I find new contract with my visa application pending, technically I m on PSW till the decision is made , but would they be anyone willing to hire on visa pending status?

You can get a conditional job offer while your Tier 1 visa is being processed. That I believe is allright.

Most companies will make sure your visa/status/permit to works is as per immigration rules before they sign you for an employment contract whether contract or perm.
