SBS? TWES? need WP/contracts/real work for cit. Rep. Moldova

Post by penta.md » Mon Mar 15, 2004 7:01 pm

We have a spectrum of the specialists in the field of agriculture, collectors, flash/fish/meat processing, hospitality/hotel economy, nursing, construction. / having work experience in Italia, Greece, Portugal, Spain/
We would like to help these people to get WP by legal way.
Only 3 /but biggest problems/
- Romanian agencies –mediators for job placement require 2000euro per WP/person
/we addressed to them, thinking/knowing that they have much more experience and relations /
- Our applicants know English language at mark 2 on 10 mark system
/Such knowledge has 90% of our applicants/
- It must cost us less than 2000euro
In our data basis - 470 persons. Please HELP or ADVISE pls.

Vladimir,

I have detached your signature, as posting personal or company contact details is discouraged -- this forum is for discussion only, not to advertise needs or offers.

In answer to your question, I think you may be much better off working with employment agencies in the UK who are paid by the employer, not by you; and only when the worker's placement actually occurs. I would advise avoiding any "mediators" who charge Eu2,000 not even being based in the UK -- it doesn't seem clean. I wonder if anyone has a particular advice in this situation...

I also deleted your duplicate post in the other forum; this is a more appropriate place.

Good luck with the search.
