subcontracting in UK tier 2 ict

i, I have got an offer from an I indian company who also has has office in UK. They are giving me tier 2 ICT. Visa and a fixed salary from Day one but after coming to uk I will have to search contacting jobs. It doesn't matter how much is my contract, I will be always paid fixed amount.

I don't know if subcontracting is allowed in uk under this visa
