Tier 2 dependent visa question

Hi all,

I'm in the UK on a tier2 dependant visa. It is my understanding that I can do any type of work when here. I have a freelance job so I am essentially ready
to start anytime.

I plan to set up a local bank account where w I can receive all work related payments.

My question is this : how will I get taxed?

Thanks a lot! So does this mean I can start working right away, and then register later?

A look on the site tells me I should register as a sole trader - - is this correct?
