Nordic and non-eu citizen to Sweden

Hi guys,me and my wife(Nordic citizen)are relocating to Sweden,we already have an apartment,as a Nordic citizen,my wife has a right of residence and i am on a visa,my question is,at the skatteverket,its stated that she has to apply for the personal number together with the family member she is moving with to Sweden,is it right that i can accompany her at the skatteverket and submit my application for a person number with her or wait until she receives her personal number then apply for family permit at the migrationsverket?I got a visa using directive 2004/38/ec,thanks.
