Sambo Swedish Visa- Then moving to Netherlands?

Hi,

My girlfriend and I are currently interested in the Sambo visa. She is applying to schools in Amsterdam for the upcoming year. I am a college graduate from the States trying to find a way to make the move to Europe. After reading countless blogs and forums, we found the sambo visa. There would not be a problem if she decided to stay in Stockholm, however, the opportunity to study abroad is much more appealing. Does the sambo visa grant me the same rights as EU citizen? For instance, moving and working in other countries such as the Netherlands.

Or is there another visa we should apply for? Ahh any help would be great
