Travel to Schengen, without visa, for EEA-family members

Hi All

I am a British citizen.
I've few queries reg: Family of EU-citizen while accompnyed with the Union Citizen.

1) For my parents who are outside EU:
- I am considering Switzerland / Luxembourg. For Switzerland / Luxembourg what kind of entry clearance visa do we need to process under freedom of movement? and what sort of supporting documents need to be submitted for these 2 countries

2) Does Swiss residence permit under Article 10, recognised in Ireland?

3) Specific to documents, in terms of establishing the dependence, what document needs to be submitted, for adult dependent parents.

4) If I manage to obtain a Type-C Schegen visa(general visit visa), will I be able to apply for residence to Muncipalty on arrival in Switzerland.
